|William P. Angrick, III|
Co-founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO
|William P. Angrick, III is a co-founder of our company who has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Liquidity Services since January 2000. Mr. Angrick served as Vice President of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown's Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking Group from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Angrick holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. with honors from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Angrick earned his CPA certificate in 1990.|
|Jaime Mateus-Tique is a co-founder of our company and served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Liquidity Services from April 2000 to September 2009. Following his retirement as President and COO, Mr. Mateus-Tique remains a Director on the Company's Board. Mr. Mateus-Tique served as a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Co., a management consulting firm, from September 1995 to March 2000. Mr. Mateus-Tique holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a master's degree from Ecole Des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris.|
|Phillip A. Clough|
|Phillip A. Clough has served as a director of Liquidity Services since September 2004. Since September 2001, Mr. Clough has been a General Partner of ABS Capital Partners ("ABS"), a private equity firm focused on investments in growth companies in the technology, business services, media and communications and health care industries. Prior to joining ABS, Mr. Clough was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sitel Corporation, a publicly traded global provider of outsourced customer support services, from May 1998 to March 2001. In addition to serving as a director of Liquidity Services, Mr. Clough currently serves on the Board of Directors of various private companies.|
|Patrick W. Gross|
|Patrick W. Gross has served as a director of Liquidity Services since February 2001. Mr. Gross has served as Chairman of The Lovell Group, a private business and technology advisory and investment firm, from October 2002. Mr. Gross is a founder of, and served in a variety of positions from 1970 to September 2002 at, American Management Systems, Inc., a publicly traded information technology consulting, software development, and systems integration firm. Mr. Gross is also a director of Capital One Financial Corporation, a publicly traded commercial bank, Career Education Corporation, a publicly traded provider of post secondary educational services, and Mobius Management Systems, Inc., a publicly traded provider of integrated solutions for total content management. Mr. Gross also currently serves on the Board of Directors of various private companies.|
|Beatriz Infante has served as a director of Liquidity Services since May 2014. Ms. Infante’s 30+ year career has included CEO and leadership positions in multiple high-growth business areas, with a focus on enterprise software, software-as-a-service, and communications. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BusinessExcelleration, a business consultancy specializing in corporate transformation and renewal. Since 2008, Ms. Infante has also served as an Investor and Advisor to Tandem Capital, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm, and in 2014 additionally became a Partner. Since January 2010, she has served as director and member of the Compensation and Corporate Development & Investment Committees of Sonus Networks, and since May 2012 has served as a Director of Emulex and is Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and member of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Infante served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of ENXSuite Corporation from May 2010 and led its successful acquisition by Infor in October 2011. Ms. Infante served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of VoiceObjects, Inc. from March 2006 and led its successful acquisition by Voxeo in December 2008. Ms. Infante served as Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Sychron, Inc. from December 2004 to June 2005 and led its sale to an investor group. Prior to those roles, Ms. Infante was Chief Executive Officer and President of Aspect Communications Corporation, a market leader in communications solutions, from April 2000 until October 2003, and was additionally named Chairman in February 2001. Between October 1998 and April 2000, she held additional roles at Aspect Communications. Prior to that, she held various executive roles at Oracle. Ms. Infante holds a B.S.E degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University and holds a M.S. degree in Engineering Science from California Institute of Technology. For her role on Liquidity Services’ board, Ms. Infante was named to the 2016 National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship 100 honoring the most influential boardroom leaders. She is also a 2012 and 2013 NACD Board Leadership Fellow, demonstrating her commitment to boardroom excellence by completing NACD’s comprehensive program of study for experienced corporate directors.
|George H. Ellis|
|George H. Ellis has been Chief Financial Officer of Global 360, Inc., since July 2006. Mr. Ellis is also a Director of Blackbaud, Inc., where he is a member of the Audit Committee. He served in several capacities at SoftBrands, Inc., including as a member of its Board of Directors from October 2001 to August 2009. Mr. Ellis served on the board of directors of NEON Systems, Inc., from January 2000 to December 2005 and PeopleSupport, Inc., from October 2004 to October 2008. He also served as a director of AremisSoft Corporation from April 1999 until February 2001 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AremisSoft from October 2001 to July 2002. Previously, Mr. Ellis served as Chief Financial Officer of Sterling Software, Inc., Chief Financial Officer and founder of Sterling Commerce, Inc., a spin-off of Sterling Software, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Communities Foundation of Texas. Mr. Ellis earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas Tech University.
|Edward J. Kolodzieski|
|Edward J. Kolodzieski has served as a director of Liquidity Services since November 2015, bringing over 35 years of leadership experience across traditional and e-commerce retail supply chain operations, sourcing, and merchandising. Mr. Kolodzieski retired with Walmart Stores, Inc. as Executive Vice President of Global Sourcing, responsible for the global procurement of goods and services. Additionally, he previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Walmart Japan and Chief Operating Officer of Walmart International where he was responsible for operations, merchandising, marketing and new format development for all countries outside the U.S. Prior to joining Walmart, Mr. Kolodzieski was President of Acme Markets of Virginia, a regional supermarket with operations in five states. In addition to Liquidity Services, Mr. Kolodzieski also serves as Chairman of the Board for Archway Marketing Services and is a director for Vi-Jon, Inc. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board for The Seiyu Ltd, a Japanese retail group that was traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and is today a wholly-owned subsidiary of Walmart Stores, Inc. Mr. Kolodzieski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in business from the University of Tampa.|
